Reynoarch Solid Aluminum Panel

The façade of a building plays an integral part in determining the visual uniqueness and durability of a building. The use of aluminium as the cladding material can create the colour, shape and sustain ability of a building façade.

REYNOARCH (Solid Aluminium Panel) can satisfy the desire of the most distinguished building designers. Pre-fabricated from aluminium sheet from 2.0mm to 6.0mm thick, REYNOARCH SAP comes in either flat or with intricate in-fill design of your choice. For a lasting outstanding finish, PVDF lacquer paint is applied on the surface in our in-house spray coating line.

REYNOARCH SAP can also be printed with UV ink for that special effect print. This is what many interior designers have been yearning to have and which we can now fulfil their wishes.

Reynoarch Solid Aluminium Panels provides a non-combustible solution featuring:

1) High quality PVDF/FEVE coatings produced on a continuous coating line that provides consistency and longevity across the surface. Coating process conforms to AAMA 2605 and ECCA guidelines.

2) Fire class: A1, non-combustible in accordance with EN 13501-1.

3) Reynoarch Solid Aluminium Panels available in a large variety of colours and surfaces.

4) Reynoarch Solid Aluminium Panels is available in 3003 & 5005 alloy for Solid and Metallic finishes.

To make the installation tension-free please consider fixed and sliding points due to the expansion aluminum (2.4mm/m at 100 ⁰C)

Reynoarch SOLID aluminium panels are also available in Mill finish in various sizes and material grades.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Annual cleaning is recommended. The surfaces should be cleaned either manually using a soft brush or by means of high-pressure cleaner (maximum 50 bar) with clean water. If necessary, a mild cleaning agent (pH 6 – 7) may be added, up to maximum 10%. Cleaning should take place from top to bottom. After cleaning, rinse with water to remove any cleaning agent residue.

Do not clean surfaces heated by the sun (> 40 ⁰C)

Reynoarch Solid Aluminum Panel (SAP) can be fabricated into panels using various sawing, routing and drilling techniques. For best results it is recommended that:

The right equipment is used according to the manufacturer’s instruction manual.
Drill bits and blades selected are intended for use with aluminium.

For best results, a track guided circular saw is recommended. Hand folding is achievable without a requirement for bending equipment.

Use for cutting and routing sheets. When creating a V groove for folding, the minimum thickness left in the bottom of the groove should be 0.7mm.

Used for straight and contour cutting along V Grooving for folding. When creating a V groove for folding, the minimum thickness left in the bottom should be 0.7mm.

After the V groove has been formed, fold the return leg back in one movement.

A portable folding tool for small panels and a folding machine for larger panels is recommended.

Reynoarch Solid Aluminum Panel (SAP) can be guillotined to the required size.

To create curved surfaces, use a suitable bending machine. In order to minimise damaging the material use a protective film. Ensure rollers are clean and dent free.

A high quality HSS centre point drill bit is suitable for drilling Reynoarch Solid Aluminum Panel (SAP).

Blind and solid rivets along with stainless steel screws can be used to secure Reynoarch Solid Aluminum Panel (SAP). Always consider the effects of thermal expansion and potential building movement.
